Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care for residents in a senior living setting. The role includes assisting with daily living activities and supporting medication administration within the facility's policies.

You will maintain medication carts, participate in trainings, and communicate resident needs to the health care director. The position expects reliable teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Maintain and document medication administration in EMAR/MAR.
• Report incidents and changes to appropriate staff.
