Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. You will help administer prescribed medications, perform medication cart audits, and maintain EMAR/MAR records while supporting a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Medication Aide Course completion is required.
• Current CNA and Med Tech licenses from State Board of Nursing are required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Support move-in transitions and provide emotional support to new residents.
