Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a Med Tech to provide quality care for residents and assist with daily living activities. You will support medication administration within scope, maintain policies, and communicate resident status daily.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Training and teamwork are emphasized in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must pass all medication cart audits.
• Must attend 4 additional hours of medication administration education annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate staff.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain clean living areas.
• Support residents with move-in transitions and emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate Daily Log and EMAR/MAR documentation.
