Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents. You will assist with medication administration, documentation, and maintaining accuracy in EMAR/MAR records.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to collaborate with nursing teams. The position supports a flexible schedule with weekend and holiday shifts, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing medication training.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must satisfactorily pass all medication cart audits.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures for the position.
• Complete medication cart audits and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Report incidents and communicate status to appropriate staff.
• Assist with move-in transitions and provide emotional support.
