Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Med Tech to provide quality care for residents and assist with the administration of prescribed medications within scope. The role includes helping with daily living activities, documenting in EMAR/MAR, and ensuring safety during emergencies.

The position requires CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing, completion of a Medication Aide Course, and a commitment to ongoing training and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Complete Medication Aide Course and maintain licensure.
• Must hold CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Pass 2 medication observations annually and complete cart audits.
• Be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Document medication administration in EMAR/MAR.
• Complete medication cart audits and inventories.
• Report incidents and communicate with HCD/RN/LPN.
