Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to support residents with daily living activities and administer prescribed medications within scope of practice. You will assist with mobility, documenting in EMAR/MAR, and maintain confidentiality and safety at all times.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required, with opportunities for growth within a supportive senior living team.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech licenses from State Board of Nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Report incidents and changes to appropriate staff and document in logs.
• Maintain medication cart and complete medication cart audits as assigned.
