Essenti Talent is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical/Surgical inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana. The role is full-time and on-site with multiple shift options, offering an excellent nurse-to-patient ratio and a supportive team environment.

The position emphasizes comprehensive patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and strong clinical leadership. Active Montana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and adaptability to a hospital setting are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility for compact/endorsement.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications active or within 6 months of hire.
• Experience not required; Med/Surg or pediatrics preferred.
• Proficient in IV insertion and basic computer literacy.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and education.
• Provide clinical leadership to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and discharge plans.
