Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a compassionate RN in Medical/Surgical to join a hospital inpatient team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shifts and strong nurse-to-patient ratios.

Responsibilities: nursing assessment, planning, intervention, and documentation for adults and pediatrics; collaboration with the care team; and floor leadership. Requirements: MT RN license, ADN or BSN, BLS/ACLS/PALS; includes a $20,000 retention bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted MT RN license (or compact endorsement).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: No minimum; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred.
• Core Skills: IV insertion/management, basic office/computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with acute conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leadership to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families while maintaining standards.
• Provide clinical leadership on the floor to support staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
