Connectly Recruiting is seeking a compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for an inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shifts and a supportive team environment focused on optimal nurse-to-patient ratios.

Ideal candidates will hold an ADN (BSN preferred), MT RN licensure (or compact eligibility), and BLS/ACLS/PALS. New grads are encouraged to apply with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or completed within 6 months of hire.
• New graduates welcome; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, directors, and charge nurses to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide physical, emotional, and educational support.
