Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is recruiting a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. This inpatient Med/Surg position offers strong nurse-to-patient ratios, supportive leadership, and a collaborative hospital-based environment focused on quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has ADN with Montana RN licensure (BSN preferred), BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a willingness to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications active or within 6 months of hire.
• No minimum experience required; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Solid nursing principles, IV insertion/management, and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide physical, emotional, and educational support.
• Act as clinical floor leader, guiding LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
