Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) to join an inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shift options, strong nurse-to-patient ratios, and a supportive team environment in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred) with Montana RN licensure or endorsement eligibility, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana or endorsement eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• No minimum experience required; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred.
• Solid nursing principles, IV insertion/management, and basic office/computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the full nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with broad acute medical conditions or peri/post-surgical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and education.
• Provide clinical leadership to LPNs, CNAs, house staff, and dietary teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
