Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical/Surgical unit in Great Falls, Montana. This hospital-based, full-time, on-site role offers multiple shifts and a focus on excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

You will provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to pediatric and adult patients, collaborate with the care team, and ensure accurate documentation. New graduates are welcome to apply and grow with the unit.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or eligible within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: Medical/Surgical or Pediatric background preferred; new grads encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the full nursing process.
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with varied acute conditions and perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing education, support, and compassionate care.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
