Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for an inpatient Med/Surg unit in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shift options and a supportive team culture focused on excellent nurse-to-patient ratios.

The ideal candidate will have ADN (BSN preferred), MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS current or within 6 months, and willingness to work in a dynamic hospital setting with pediatric and adult patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be current or completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or undergoing surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing education and emotional support.
• Act as clinical leader on the floor, guiding LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Document patient status and discharge planning accurately in electronic health records.
