Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site Med/Surg role in Great Falls, Montana. This inpatient unit offers strong nurse-to-patient ratios, robust admin support, and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications include an RN license in Montana (or endorsement eligibility), BLS/ACLS/PALS active or within 6 months, and a willingness to work multiple shifts. Comprehensive benefits and a retention bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license or endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be active or completed within 6 months of hire.
• No minimum experience required; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred.
• Solid nursing principles, IV insertion/management, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including the Acute Care Director and Charge Nurse to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering physical, emotional, and educational support.
• Act as a clinical leader on the floor, guiding LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Maintain thorough electronic health documentation reflecting patient status and discharge planning.
