True North Consultants, Inc. is hiring a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a hospital-based inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active Montana RN license or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: No minimum required; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families while maintaining professional standards.
• Act as clinical leader on the floor guiding LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing
