SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join an inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana. The role offers full-time, on-site work across multiple shifts with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and a supportive team culture.

The position requires an ADN (BSN preferred), Montana RN license or compact eligibility, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS or within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be active or completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families providing support and education.
• Provide clinical leadership to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
