ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Great Falls, Montana is seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in an inpatient unit. You will provide comprehensive care to pediatric and adult patients, participate in a collaborative care model, and support strong nurse-to-patient ratios.

The position offers growth, teamwork, and a stable environment in a scenic Montana community.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Montana (or endorsement)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or to be completed within 6 months of hire
• No minimum experience required; Med/Surg or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong foundational nursing knowledge and IV insertion/management skills

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality patient care using assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative periods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and support.
• Serve as a clinical floor leader coordinating care with LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
