Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to join their inpatient services team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shifts and a supportive environment with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios and strong administrative backing.

You will perform full nursing process, care for pediatric and adult patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain electronic health records, and lead with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications active or completed within 6 months of hire.
• No minimum experience requirement; med/surg or pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, professional patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including the Acute Care Director and Charge Nurse.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing support while maintaining nursing standards.
• Act as a clinical leader on the floor, supporting LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary teams.
• Maintain thorough electronic health documentation reflecting patient status and discharge coordination.
