ExcelliSearch, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shifts in an inpatient medical/surgical unit.

The RN will provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain high standards of documentation and patient education. A strong nurse-patient ratio, supportive leadership, and robust benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Active RN license in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: No minimum required; med/surg or pediatric preferred; new grads welcome.
• Core Skills: Nursing process, IV management, basic tech literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with diverse acute conditions or surgical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leadership to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and education.
• Provide clinical leadership on the floor and guide LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and coordinate discharge planning.
