Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, on-site positions in Great Falls, Montana. Multiple shifts available in an inpatient Med/Surg unit with supportive team culture.

Ideal candidates hold ADN (BSN preferred) and Montana RN licensure (or compact/endorsement). BLS/ACLS/PALS required, with no minimum experience required and a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or peri/post-surgical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and education.
• Serve as clinical leader on the floor with support to team members.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
