Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses to join a hospital-based inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team environment for both pediatric and adult patients. Ideal candidates hold an ADN (BSN preferred), MT RN license or compact endorsement, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS with no strict experience minimum.

Formación

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be active or completed within 6 months of hire.
• There is no minimum experience requirement; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Solid foundational nursing knowledge with IV skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with acute conditions or undergoing pre-/post-surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the Acute Care Director to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing physical, emotional, and educational support while maintaining nursing standards.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, supporting LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping staff, and dietary teams.
• Maintain thorough, accurate electronic health records reflecting status, treatment, and discharge coordination.
