Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana.

The position supports inpatient services with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and a collaborative team culture. The RN will manage the full nursing process for both pediatric and adult patients, participate in patient and family education, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: No minimum required; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Core Skills: IV insertion/management and basic office/computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with diverse medical conditions and perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Acute Care Director and Charge Nurse to optimize outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide physical, emotional, and educational support.
• Provide floor leadership to LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation reflecting status, treatment, and discharge planning.
