Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site Medical/Surgical unit in Great Falls, MT. The role covers both pediatric and adult patients with acute conditions and perioperative care, emphasizing teamwork, quality care, and strong nurse-to-patient ratios.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and support the floor as a clinical leader.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or completed within 6 months of hire.
• New graduates welcome; no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including the Acute Care Director and Charge Nurse.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing education and emotional support.
• Act as a clinical floor leader supporting CNAs, LPNs, housekeeping and dietary staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and coordinate discharges.
