CareerNerds, LLC is assisting a regional healthcare system in Great Falls, MT to fill a full-time Medical/Surgical RN position in an inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• New graduates or those transitioning specialties encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the full nursing process.
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with broad acute medical conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing physical, emotional, and educational support.
• Act as clinical lead on the floor supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
