Job summary

Its A Secret Med Spa is seeking a Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, manage front desk duties, and support scheduling across multiple services. You will maintain a clean, professional environment and assist providers and managers while upholding HIPAA policies. Strong communication and a friendly, energetic demeanor are essential for success.

Weekend availability and prior med spa or medical office experience are preferred, with competitive base pay plus commission, PTO, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required (1+ year).
• Experience in med spa or medical office preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proper etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, phones, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling.
• Ensure POS accuracy and data entry for appointments.
