It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a customer-friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, manage front desk duties, and assist with scheduling and daily operations. You will help educate clients on services, keep the facility orderly, and support providers to ensure a smooth appointment flow.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a positive, energetic attitude. Previous med spa or medical office experience is preferred, with weekend availability and teamwork as key traits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Weekend availability required
• Med spa/medical office experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette
• Able to multi-task while remaining attentive to clients
• Team player with initiative and energy
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and high integrity
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making
• Prolonged sitting/standing; light physical demands
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and by phone; provide basic information about services
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, phone calls, client greeting, inventory, stocking
• Maintain a clean, professional facility environment
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books
• Adhere to policies to ensure smooth location operations
• Ensure POS system accurately logs client appointments and staff info
