Qualifications

• At least one year of front-desk or client-facing experience.
• Experience in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Sales or service-recommendation experience.
• Ability to manage phones, clients, scheduling, payments, and messages simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn new systems, procedures, and promotions.
• Experience in medical spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proactive, friendly, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create an elevated, personalized experience.
• Manage check-in, checkout, payments, rewards, and future appointments.
• Answer calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Support client registration, consents, treatment photos, and clinic flow.
• Learn Evolve’s services, products, and memberships.
• Recommend services, products, and memberships based on client interests.
• Support sales goals, rebooking, retention, referrals, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client information and confidentiality.
• Assist with inventory, office supplies, events, and daily operations.
• Keep the clinic polished, organized, and client-ready.
