Job summary

Attune Med Spa is seeking a wellness concierge to oversee the clinic reception area and guide clients through every step of their treatment journey with warmth and professionalism. You will be a front-facing brand ambassador, handling scheduling, client profiles, memberships, and POS (Zenoti preferred), while upholding HIPAA standards and driving retail and rebooking goals.

A background in front desk hospitality and a passion for skincare are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in reception or front desk hospitality in med spa or luxury environment.
• Forward-facing sales enthusiast with passion for skincare and wellness.
• Strong sales acumen to educate clients and drive retail, membership, and rebooking.
• Customer-service oriented with welcoming demeanor.
• Experience with appointment booking systems; Zenoti preferred.
• Experience with retail sales in beauty/skincare.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Represent Attune values while knowing services, pricing, and policies.
• Serve as front-facing brand ambassador from check-in to check-out.
• Use Zenoti for scheduling, profiles, memberships, POS, and reporting.
• Maintain confidential client records per HIPAA.
• Support inventory, data accuracy, and client information storage and security.
• Multitask admin duties alongside client interactions.
• Communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Oversee daily front desk operations and reception flow.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership for seamless service.
• Address client concerns and work with management on prevention.
• Build client relationships and drive loyalty.
• Support spa marketing and community engagement.
• Stay updated on skincare trends and best practices.
• Meet goals for client satisfaction, retail, memberships, and rebooking.
• Assist leadership with onboarding of new team members.
