Job summary

It's A Secret Med Spa is seeking a confident Client Concierge to join our team. You will warmly greet clients, manage front desk operations, and provide education on our services in a fast-paced medical spa environment.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, scheduling, inventory control, maintaining a clean professional space, and assisting providers and managers while upholding HIPAA privacy and exceptional customer service. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Previous med spa or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and privacy.
• Able to multitask and stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and by phone.
• Check in/out clients and manage scheduling.
• Maintain front desk and inventory.
• Keep the facility clean and professional.
• Assist providers and managers with appointments.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions.
