Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends.
• Previous experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to clients.
• Team player with initiative and positive attitude.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
• Strong integrity and ethical judgment.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods; allow lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and by phone, provide service education.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, greet, inventory, stock supplies.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Adhere to company policies for streamlined location operations.
• Manage POS system and accurately record client and employee information.
