Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Weekend availability required
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette
• Ability to multitask while attending to clients
• Team player with initiative
• Energetic, friendly and positive attitude
• Maintain patient/client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
• Strong integrity and ethical foundation
• Sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to sit or stand for long periods
• Able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, providing basic education on services
• Duties at front desk: check patients in/out, answer calls, greet clients, manage inventory, restocking
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility
• Assist providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining appointment books
• Comply with company policies to ensure smooth location operations
• Ensure POS system is managed accurately with all client and employee information
