It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a confident Client Concierge to join our team in Fort Worth. You will greet clients, manage front desk duties, and ensure an exceptional experience for every patient while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

The role emphasizes scheduling support, accurate POS usage, and a friendly, energetic approach in a fast-paced med spa setting. Weekend availability is required, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Weekend availability.
• Experience in med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask while maintaining client care.
• Team player with initiative.
• Energetic, friendly personality.
• Must protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and by phone, providing service education.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, greet clients, inventory, supplies.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Follow company policies to ensure smooth location operations.
• Manage POS system with accurate client and staff information.
