Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Weekend availability required
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proper etiquette in interactions
• Ability to multitask while serving clients
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and policy
• Strong integrity and ethical standards
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Ability to reach above shoulder height and push/pull up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone and provide basic information about services
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, answer calls, greet clients, monitor inventory, keep supplies stocked
• Maintain a clean, professional environment
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and updating appointment books
• Comply with company policies to ensure streamlined processes
• Manage POS system with accurate client and employee information
