Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or business equivalent; or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in industrial automation sales, marketing or applications engineering.
• Technical/commercial knowledge of industrial automation products (VFDs, Servo/Motion, PLC, HMI, CNC, robots).
• Experience with CNC/Robot applications such as Machine Tending.
• Must be able to travel internationally.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops the product portfolio business plan to support sales and market expansion goals.
• Support the development and communication of product vision, messaging, and strategy with senior leaders.
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle including development, launches, growth initiatives and end-of-life activities.
• Support pricing and margin analysis with data gathering and performance monitoring.
• Partner with sales to engage customers, conduct market research and translate insights into product requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to define requirements and prioritize development work.
• Work with marketing to execute product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Build cross-functional relationships with sales, service, marketing, MELCO, and legal.
• Provide cross-product support and align on group product strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
