Job summary

Mitsubishi Corporation Americas is seeking a Product Manager to develop and lead the vision for their product portfolio by deeply understanding customer challenges and aligning the organization to deliver valuable outcomes for customers and the business in the Americas.

You will define product strategies, support bi-annual business plans to drive growth and market share, and build consensus across functions while coordinating with MELCO, sales, marketing and operations to execute launches,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, marketing or business field.
• 4+ years of professional industrial automation experience in sales, marketing or applications engineering.
• Technical/commercial knowledge of industrial automation products (e.g., VFDs, servo/motion, PLC, HMI, CNC, robots).
• Experience with CNC and robot applications such as machine tending.

Responsibilities

• Develops product portfolio business plan to support sales and market expansion goals.
• Communicates product vision, messaging and strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Manages full product lifecycle including development support, launches, growth, and end-of-life activities.
