Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is seeking a Product Manager for MPro Sales Tools to drive the strategy, planning, and execution of our next-generation sales portal. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-rich, integrated workflows across SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake, while focusing on continuous improvement and LEAN UX practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
Experience leading agile projects from inception to completion.
Experience with enterprise/B2B web portals in industrial/manufacturing settings.
Knowledge of HVAC design standards and building codes.
Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce and Snowflake integrations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between sales, marketing, UX, product management, operations, development, testing and customers.
Coordinate and oversee product releases and major launches; ensure smooth integration into business operations.
Gather requirements and define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria through customer engagements.
Collaborate with SCRUM teams to establish timelines and deliverables.
Partner with product marketing for market-entry communication strategies.
Train support teams to achieve high customer satisfaction and service levels.
Identify and prioritize system issues; drive timely resolutions.
