Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in power electronics and/or thermal management.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC, drives, chargers).
• Experience or familiarity with industrial markets (appliance, food/beverage, logistics, off-road, CNC, energy).

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial performance.
• Gather customer and market insights to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with sales, channel partners, and global teams.
• Communicate product value and market positioning to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to align development with business priorities.
• Develop business cases, pricing recommendations, revenue targets, and market analyses.
• Support product adoption and market growth across industrial segments.
• Represent the company at trade events and customer meetings to influence market direction.
• Travel domestically and internationally to meet customers and work with global teams.
