Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion the overall product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Recruit, train, mentor product managers and marketing teams.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competition to define differentiated products.
• Oversee go-to-market launches, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Define and track KPIs for product performance, revenue, profitability, and market success.
• Develop and manage department operating budgets for product launches.
• Recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing to maximize long-term market share.
• Establish relationships with industry influencers and partners.
