Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US is seeking a Product Manager for the MPro Sales Tools portal in the United States, ideally in the South BU or EST time zone. You will drive strategy, planning, and execution across SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and DSB integrations to empower customers and partners.

You will partner with agile teams, manage releases, gather requirements, and define user stories while traveling up to 50% for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in HVAC design using VRF equipment.
• 3+ years’ experience in software product management or related field.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake integrations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise/B2B web portals.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between METUS sales, marketing, UX, product management, operations, development, testing teams, and customers.
• Coordinate and oversee product releases and major launches for smooth business integration.
• Gather requirements, define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with customers.
• Collaborate with SCRUM team to set timelines and deliverables.
• Train support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and success.
