Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC (METUS) is seeking a Product Manager, MPro Sales Tools to lead the strategy, planning and execution of our next‑generation sales portal in the United States. You will collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams, drive customer value, and ensure seamless integration with SAP, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement through LEAN UX and agile best practices, guiding product vision, roadmaps, and launches to meet business goals

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in HVAC Design using VRF equipment.
• 3+ years’ experience in software product management or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC design standards and building codes.
• Demonstrated experience leading agile projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary liaison between METUS sales, marketing, UX, product management, operations, development, testing teams, and customers.
• Coordinates and oversees product releases and major launches to ensure smooth integration into business operations.
• Conducts weekly engagements with customers to gather requirements and define new features and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborates with the SCRUM team to establish timelines and deliverables.
