Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Product Manager for Service Parts & Supplies to own the product line strategy, P&L and annual plan. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions to deliver value across HVAC Supply segments.

You will analyze customer needs, maintain product mix, and conduct portfolio reviews to guide lifecycle decisions and promotions with marketing and sales teams. This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in product management or relevant roles.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Parts & Supplies product line strategy, P&L and annual plan.
• Lead Product Growth Team and strategic A3 with Supply Chain, Procurement and Eng. staff.
• Maintain channel engagement to support direct stores, e-tailers, distributors and ops teams.
• Identify growth opportunities via collaboration with internal plants and external partners.
• Prepare financial reports on volume, profitability and quality targets.
