Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) invites applications for Mechanical Reliability and Project Engineering Co-Op/Intern in Jacksonville, FL. This role may be titled either Mechanical Reliability Engineering Co-Op or Mechanical Project Engineering Co-Op depending on mill needs.

You will support reliability and project tasks, employ maintenance techniques, analyze mill data, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to drive improvements across PCA's mills.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 and U.S. permanent resident with a valid driver's license.
• Majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related field and freshman year completed by co-op start.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical reliability and project engineering tasks to improve mill safety and efficiency.
• Analyze data, plan maintenance activities, and assist with capital project coordination.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and operations teams to drive improvements.
