Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to lead the Meat & Seafood team, ensuring top quality products and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will assist in managing inventory, scheduling, training, and maintaining product freshness while upholding safety and sanitation standards. This role requires leadership experience and a strong work ethic to support store growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with leadership experience
• 2–3 years grocery retail experience in Meat department preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Meat & Seafood Manager in department management and merchandising
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
