Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; 2–3 years grocery retail Meat department experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to interact with customers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, product quality, and supervision of the team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and exceptional service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing Meat & Seafood staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
