Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Meat & Seafood Manager to help customers make healthy choices with exceptional service. You will assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in merchandising, inventory control, and staff supervision in a fast-paced store environment.

You will lead a team, participate in hiring and training, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards while maintaining product quality and freshness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of grocery retail experience in Meat departments is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to supervise a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in department merchandising and productivity.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, product quality, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales planning.
• Lead team brainstorming to ensure top quality and service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
