You will assist in hiring and training while ensuring safety and sanitation standards, daily teamwork, and strong communication with store leadership and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with basic math knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience with 2–3 years grocery meat dept experience preferred.
• Demonstrate dependable, friendly behavior and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Meat & Seafood department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Support hiring, training and development of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation and company policies.
