Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to lead our Meat & Seafood team, ensuring the highest quality and customer service. You will assist in managing inventory, merchandising, and daily operations in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help hire and train staff, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and drive department performance while maintaining freshness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with basic math skills and weights/measures.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience with 2-3 years grocery retail meat dept preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Help hire, train, and develop the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to company procedures.
