Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years professional experience; 2–3 years grocery retail experience in Meat department preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with basic math knowledge and weights/measures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in department management, merchandising, and productivity.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Unload deliveries and operate department equipment; maintain freshness and quality.
