Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to help customers make healthy choices while guiding one of the store's busiest teams. You will support the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing inventory, quality, and staff development, ensuring freshness and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Competenze

• Must have 2+ years of professional experience, with 2-3 years in grocery meat retail preferred.
• Be 18+ years old with basic math and measurement knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; capable of standing long shifts.

Mansioni

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
