Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in grocery retail, meat dept. preferred.
• Must be 18+ with basic math skills and ability to work nights/weekends.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Meat & Seafood Manager in department management and merchandising.
• Oversee inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing Meat & Seafood staff.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
